Fantastic!  I'm excited for you because you have chosen to use Essential Oils to support your family's wellness goals.  Now that you have made your initial Young Living Essential Oil purchase, I would like you to do three things to make your first steps easier - all at no cost. 

First, please take a few minutes to view my Essential Oils 101 video which will give you basic information on how to use your essential oils, so that you can start using the oils right away.  Please view this video before our one-on-one consultation, it will make creating the goals much smoother.

Second, find a time on the calendar below that works for you and schedule an Essential Oil Consultation.  During this consult we will create goals specific for you or your family and develop a method to see the progress.   This time will also allow me to get to know you and learn the best ways that I can be a support.   I'm going to ask you to call me for our appointment.

Third, please download the goal worksheets and have them printed off with you for our appointment, we'll be using them during our phone consultation.  Also, have a pen handy!
